Problem with the order (expensive order)

Hello,

First time I am in the situation like this, and I really dont know how to proceed. O ordered items on eBau user "**, this was expensive order, and yesterday when I unpacked the box - realized taht there are:

- only one item delivered is correct from order;

- 5 items is completely different (I did not buy them at all);

- one position (7 boxes with 5 LED lamp in each) not delivered at all;

In fact from order that cost me 500EUR+ I recieved only one item that I bought. I am disapointed with this situation an I don't know - how this can be solved?

Si no te importa, te voy a responder en español, ya que este es el único foro de eBay en castellano.

En este caso, como prácticamente todo el pedido es erroneo, deberías solictar una devolución, incluido el correcto.

Lo primero es contactar con el vendedor para ver que te dice de todo esto. Si no responde o no parece que vaya a ayudar, puedes abrir una solicitud de devolución descriendo el problema con lo que has recibido.
