hey folks,

I m going a bit crazy here, with ebay and paypal. I sold a item, I did send it to the buyer in new york, he did pay for it trough paypal, I reicived the money, I left it on my paypal account, his parcel hanst arrived yet, but he has the trucking number for it and all the info requaired. Due y¡to covid times its taking longer that what we tought , but my shipping company claims that it shloud be waiting to clear any duty charges. at the end of the day the buyer has open a disputed, and he ´s not answerring none of my mails since disputed was open, i dont have his paymentent anymore as paypal has block my founds, and I dont have my parcel that shpuld be in customs. pay pal does cant do anything as it comes from a ebay dispute. can some one hepl?
