Says I have reached my limit even tho the bids are only £4! Have opened a PP account as suggested- possibly takes a while to go thru? Also, I am in Spain and mostly use ebay.es altho the recent bids were from ebay.uk, and these articles show up on my watchlist on any ebay site, tho they were only on ebay.uk originally. Any advice??
