No Purchase History and item not arrived!

Please can someone help me!

I bought several items on 15th July 2020,all of which have ben received with the exception of one at the value of £22.20. I cannot contact the seller as there is nothing showing in my purchase history since 24th June. I have changed the dates etc but nothing else shows after this date of June. I contacted PayPal but they didn't seem to want to help although on my PayPal page it clearly shows I have paid for the item not received. I cannot get through on the Resolution Center as it keeps asking me to select the item that is missing but as I don't have anything on the Purchase History page i can't!!!!!!!

I am getting so frustrated that I can't move forward, either by contacting the seller (as I have no details) or contacting Ebay.

Can someone PLEASE help!
