Hello

I have subscribe for a basic store in eBay and the fee for publishing an add is 0.15 cent per add. As I publish my second add I sow that I’m charge 0.35 cent and that amount is for a people selling on eBay without a store. Is anybody knows what’s going on. Thanks

Esto es el foro de la Comunidad de Ebay España" y preferimos responder en castellano...

Los vendedores particulares con y sin tienda básica tienen un total de 100 anuncios gratuitos al mes repartidos en 74 en formato subasta y 25 en formato de precio fijo. Una vez superados ese límite se debe abonar la tarifa correspondiente por publicar un anuncio. En tu caso, la categoria en la que vendes se tarifica a 0,35€ por anuncio. Si añades una segunda categoria distinta a cada anuncio, la tarifa se subió hace hace dos meses de 0,15 a 0,35€

De las muchas ventajas de tener tienda básica es el aumento en el tiempo de publicación de 10 días a 30 días o anuncio abierto.

Also I have only publish 9 adds before my subscription to a basic store and when I tried to publish another one I get a message that I have reach my limit for which is suppose to be 25 for a fixed format adds.

Yo es que no tengo límites de publicación en mi cuenta particular asi que no se por que razon te pasa eso.

Puedes ponerte en contacto con Atención al Cliente y que ellos te lo aclaren.

Hi,

It is still the same I spoke with Atencion al Cliente and I find out that I’ve got restriction on my account. The guy said to sent an email to the Costumer Support and I did But I no reply so far. I’m still wonder why I can’t publish even the 25 ads which are free and everyone can do it. Please I need advice on that

Te ponen limites por.....
