    <title>Pregunta No answer from the seller, no help from eBay en Envío y Pago</title>

    <description>Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I paid for the item 1st of august and it still was not sent. I tried to cancel the order after first 30 mins because of the lack of adress. The cancellation was cancelled due to the seller already shipped it (after 30 mins(!) that is impossible and my order says it was not shipped.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to contact the seller many times and there is no answer because probably he is on vacation. But there no information when is he gonna be back. I waited already 12 days and so now I just want to have my money back. Any click on "cancellation" again shows me an error. What should I do? How to get my money back?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!</description>

Por lo tanto ya no se permite volver a solicitar cancelación.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Que esté o no de vacaciones debe indicarlo el anuncio. Si es capaz de responder a la solicitud de cancelación, también debe responder a los mensajes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;En el estado del pedido (puedes acceder en tu &lt;A href="https://www.ebay.es/myb/PurchaseHistory" target="_self"&gt;historial de compra&lt;/A&gt;) deben indicarte cuando es la fecha de entrega prevista. Te dan dos fechas.
