On July 26 I bought an item from an eBay seller; as of today the seller has washed his hands of it, telling me that he had already shipped it through e-commerce and therefore it was his job. eBay washed its hands of me and PayPal couldn’t give me a refund because it showed as delivered when that wasn’t the case. Shipments from the United States to Spain are an absolute disgrace, DHL is terrible. As of today, September 30, I have neither the money, the deadline has already passed, nor the item. Ladies and gentlemen of eBay, this is an absolute disgrace; I’m never buying on this platform again, and I’ll make sure more acquaintances of mine know it too.
