Buyer did not come to take the Aircondition , but Ebay charge me for reemborse Money

I sold a portable air conditioner at a very low price—for pickup only, of course! The lady who bought it decided she didn't want to pick it up after all; instead, she wanted me to ship the heavy unit. I wrote to her explaining that she would have to arrange that herself, since I had explicitly stated "pickup only." Now, because of a complaint from the lady who refused to come and get it herself, eBay has debited €17.04 from my account—a charge I am having reversed immediately. After all, I am not the one who acted wrongly here.

OP3 weeks agoWhy Ebay charge me for refund the money the buyer. Ebay should aharge her for not coming to take the Airsondition. IT WAS NOT MY fault "!!!
