Notes when buying an item
Hello,
I bought several items from the same seller; one of them had several options in a dropdown, one of which was the "Custom" option, where when you checked out you could add notes when generating the invoice (something I had to do from the English page, since the seller is English and for some reason the Spanish page wouldn’t let me combine them), and when combining the items and checking out it let me add a note, which I did. The problem is that the item arrived without the specifications I indicated in the note, and now the note doesn’t appear anywhere. I don’t know where to look for it, and before speaking with the seller to see what happened I’d like to make sure it’s not an eBay technical problem that didn’t include the note on the invoice.
I also don’t know how to contact customer service (a person) to help me.
