If you can’t send the item in question within the expected timeframes when completing the sale, your best option would be to cancel the order, and issue a refund to the buyer.
Please keep in mind for the future that as a seller, sif you need to take a break from your activity on eBay and won’t be able to process sales as usual, you can schedule a time away period.
