I have not received my order for 2 months (Order date Feb 1)
Claim appears as
You can't open a request for this item
You can't file a dispute for this order because you have already filed a dispute with your payment provider.
But I have not received my order after all and the post office said that it has already been returned to the seller.
Refund please.

Hello,
If you open a dispute with your payment provider, any claim you have opened on eBay would be automatically closed, since it is only possible to open one claim or dispute per transaction.
For the future, keep this in mind, and that to receive protection with our Customer Guarantee Program, it is necessary that you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date of the item in question.
