ACCOUNT ON VERIFICATION ISSUE

I NEED HELP REGARDING MY EBAY SELLER ACCOUNT I HAVE RECEIVED AN ORDER AND MY ACCOUNT IS ON PENDING ACCTIVATION WHICH I DID SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS BUT TILL GIVES ME AN ERROR MESSAGE ON THE SECTION OF NIF I ENTERED MY NIE NUMBER BUT STILL GIVES ME A MESSAGE SAYING I MUST ENTER A VAILD IDENTIFICATION WHICH I AM SUBMITTING MY NIE BUT YET NOTHING CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE ASSIT ME WITH THIS ISSUE

Thanks for your message, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble registering with your INE. I’d like you to try replacing the number 0 with the first letter of the NIE by following these steps:
- Choose Spain as your nationality
- Enter your date of birth
- Enter NIE with a zero at the beginning instead of the letter, and the normal letter at the end. Ex Y1234567N and our system will accept it by entering "01234567N"
