account restriction
Hi I have provided verification to recover my ebay account
I have not used it for a while buying or selling
I want to sell some items but its not letting me
it says
Your account is limited at this time. To find out what to do next, go to Messages .
when I go to messages it says
Your account restriction has been removed
Can anyone help with this I am pulling my hair out please
