Update bank account information
Good morning,
I have a problem being able to cash out the first 2 sales I made, and the money is being held.
they tell me to update my bank information, I’ve added a bank receipt, where everything appears: account, direct debit details, first and last name,
also a certificate of account ownership and it’s not valid? I don’t understand it and I urgently need the money. Can you help me please?🙏
