Customs
I ordered a glucometer for blind people, and they held it up in customs in Madrid. They’re telling me that because it’s coming from the United States and the lab doesn’t have a headquarters in Europe, they won’t let it through. And the seller tells me that eBay has to give me the solution. The thing is, the test strips did get through, even though they’re from the same lab.

Hello,
We’re sorry to hear what happened. Please note that on eBay, since we do not directly ship the items, we would not have control over the different procedures of each customs office. Likewise,
any import costs are the responsibility of each buyer, and we would not have direct control, since this can vary depending on each country’s Customs office.
If you have not received your order, and the estimated delivery date has passed, what we suggest is that you open a item not received claim. Remember that you can do this once the estimated delivery date has passed, and if the seller does not respond or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so that we can try to find a solution for you.
