Mexico Customs
Hello, this is the first time I’ve bought on Ebay.
I have my order in process and according to the tracking history it is leaving Customs in Mexico, but I don’t know why it’s taking so long if it has already been released from there. I also don’t know if I should call Customs to have them release it and, if so, they told me I should find out which Customs office received it.
Does anyone know a number I can contact?

Hello,
Please note that for users registered on eBay.com like you, we would always recommend using the eBay.com forums from this link and you can also receive assistance through the eBay.com help pages, from which you can request assistance in Spanish when contacting us.
Since eBay is an electronic trading platform, we would not have direct control over the procedures of each customs office, as this may vary depending on each country’s customs office.
What we suggest is that you check the estimated delivery date of your order, and if that date has already passed, you can open a item not received claim.
Likewise, if you need further clarification, we suggest that you review the tracking information available, as it should indicate whether the package has already been received by customs, and try contacting your local customs office if necessary.
Please also keep in mind that if you receive communication from them indicating that you have to pay some import cost, do not refuse that payment, as that could cause us not to be able to help you if you later open a claim, since in cases where a buyer refuses payment at customs, we would not be able to hold the seller responsible, or help you with a refund if the package is not delivered to the buyer for that reason.
