Customs
Hi, I made a purchase from a seller in America and when I made the purchase I already paid the amount for the item plus considerable shipping costs compared to the item itself (I paid more for shipping than the item was worth) and when I received it I had to pay €6 in customs fees. The seller is telling me to claim the refund of the amount from eBay. How?

Hello,
Thank you for your message. Possible import costs are the responsibility of each buyer, and we would not have direct control over them, as they may vary depending on each country's Customs office.
What we suggest for the future as a buyer, if you are interested in an item shipped from the United Kingdom, is that you carefully read this guide http://spkl.io/61844SHBe where you will find useful information about international purchases. For example, keep in mind that if you buy from sellers in the United Kingdom or the United States, and the seller ships through the global shipping program, you will see all possible import costs in the listing.
Also remember that if it is double VAT, you can submit the proof at this page
