Why don’t they say where it comes from and whether customs duties have to be paid? Since for European products you don’t have to pay, but if they come from England, which is outside the EU
Why don’t they explain it. I bought a product that came from England and it cost me more than if I had bought it in Spain; it came out much, much more expensive.
I’m not going to buy anything until they clarify it product by product.

Thank you for your message. Any possible import charges are the responsibility of each buyer, and we would not have direct control, as they may vary depending on each country's Customs office.
What we suggest for the future as a buyer, if you are interested in an item shipped from the United Kingdom, is that you carefully read this guide where you will find useful information about international purchases. For example, keep in mind that if you make purchases from sellers in the United Kingdom or the United States, and the seller ships through the global shipping program, you will see all possible import charges listed in the ad.
Likewise, it is important to note that you will be able to see in the listing if the seller completes the sale through the International Shipping Program, which will be clearly indicated in the 'Payments and Shipping' section, and also keep in mind that once you have completed the purchase, the seller will send the package to the shipping hub from where it will be sent to you. Tracking information is added automatically so that you can track the order from the shipping hub to your doorstep.
