Customs on a package from the US
Hello. I ordered an item from the US for around 175 USD. Well, it arrived in Spain and I had to provide customs documentation on the Correos Aduanas website. Once I provided the documentation, they made me pay €30.50 and now I’ve had to pay another €19.55. I paid the VAT when I placed the order. My question is, is what happened to me normal? Having to provide documentation and waste my time? And then having to pay twice at customs and such a large amount. I asked the seller and they said it’s not their problem, that they only put on the eBay label and that’s it. I hope someone with experience can give me their opinion. Best regards
