The agency marked the order as delivered, but eBay says it's in transit and the money is being held
Hello. I sent a guitar to a buyer in Portugal and in the tracking number they gave me, the item appears as delivered; however on Ebay it still says that it is pending delivery, so the funds are being held. I have contacted the buyer but they are not responding. How can I get Ebay to recognize the order as delivered and have the money released? Thanks.

Based on what you have explained, we suggest that you be patient and wait for the date indicated in the 'Sold' section of your account to verify the date on which the funds from your last sale will be released.
We invite you to read this page where you will find more information about the reasons why the funds from a sale may be held.
Please note, for example, that the funds related to a sale may be held for various reasons, from it being a high-value sale to the seller not having an established selling track record.
