CANCELLATION OF RETURN
I HAVE MADE A RETURN REQUEST BY MISTAKE AND NOW THE EBAY PAGE WON'T LET ME CANCEL IT DUE TO ERRORS. I REQUESTED A CALL BUT THEY TELL ME THEY CAN'T CANCEL IT AND NEITHER CAN I. DO I HAVE TO WAIT A SET TIME IN ORDER TO REQUEST THE CANCELLATION OF THE RETURN?

Thank you for your message, I understand that you no longer want to return the item and, if possible, cancel a request.
If you have changed your mind about a case you opened and no longer want to return the item, you can easily cancel the request by following these steps:
Select View request details from the More actions drop-down menu.
Select Close request and choose the reason from the drop-down menu.
It is important that you are completely sure you want to cancel the request, because you will not be able to reopen the case once it has been closed.
