Undo cancellation
Hello, by mistake I canceled the purchase of an item I had bought, I would like to cancel that cancellation so that the order can continue its normal course, is it possible to withdraw the cancellation? What should I do?

Hello
Normally, once an order has been cancelled, you won’t be able to undo that cancellation. If you requested the cancellation from the seller and they haven’t accepted it yet, you can, if you want, send them a message explaining that you did it by mistake, and they would have the option to reject your cancellation request.
For the future, we suggest that you always pay attention before buying an item, and keep in mind that only sellers can cancel an order, and also keep in mind that they wouldn’t have the option to do so if they have already marked an order as shipped.
