Cancel refund
Hello, I sold a console that turned out to be defective. I had agreed with the buyer to send them another one and let them keep the defective one, since international returns are very expensive and there are no labels available from eBay's shipping manager. But by mistake I clicked "Accept the return", thinking I had selected "Send a message to the buyer".
How can I cancel it? The page doesn't give me an option, and I wouldn't want to be left without the money and without the console.
