Cancel the sale of a product with bids
Hi, I wanted to know if I can cancel a sales listing that has two bids. The item has broken and I don't see an option to end the auction. Or if I have to let it run until the end, and I contact the winner to tell them about the problem I've had with the product, does eBay charge any fee for the sale not going through?
