Misappropriation
I am suffering an improper appropriation of someone else's goods I bought a watch the item has not arrived they won't give me a refund the seller won't accept the order cancellation and eBay won't refund my money without 15 days without money or item I recommend it I just want my money and I WILL USE EBAY AGAIN I am not very frustrated it is a disgrace

Mentor3 weeks agoGo ahead and file the claim, if the delivery deadline has already passed, then report that you haven't received it and you'll get your money back. That said, don't close it until you receive the item or the money, because after that you won't be able to reopen it.
