Hello everyone!A few days ago I bought an item that was specified with a certain video game console material code and I received something that has nothing to do with that code.So I open a dispute, the seller accepts it and I only see an address for the place of origin, which is in another country, and I don't see a return label or anything. I only see that the refund will be for the item's value, but not the shipping...Hello? Is this how it is?I mean, they scam me, I pay €20 for the item and €14.25 for shipping, total €34.25, and now I have to pay for a return shipping myself, which won't cost less than those €14.25, if not more, making it a total of €48.50, of which they'll refund me €20?Someone needs to explain this to me properly because it seems to me that I must have understood it very badly.
