Returned item but I haven't received the refund
Hello, I returned a product which the seller received on 27/01/25, as of today I haven't heard anything from the seller or about the refund, I also can't find a way to ask eBay for help since that option doesn't appear in the return details, how can I solve this problem?

On eBay, we have protection to cover your purchase in situations like these. I understand that you have already returned the item and the tracking number shows a successful delivery at the seller’s address.
You can request eBay’s help if you go into the case from your account and click the option "Request eBay Help". You must ask us for help before 30 days have passed after the case was opened, or we won't be able to help you after that time, so it's important to keep an eye on the dates.
