Item not as described
Hello, I bought a laptop through the app, it took about a month for it to "arrive" and when I received the package at my home and opened it I realized that it contained strange things like a doorbell, two strange cans, and a strange perfume, plus a box where the laptop was supposed to be, on that box there was a label as if it had been handled by a shipping logistics company, and the description on the label did not match what was described in the seller's listing (the serial number was different and so was the color) I opened it and to my surprise it was empty, my laptop was not there, I immediately opened a claim on eBay with the product and opened it as "The product did not arrive" since at that moment the tracking still had not updated as delivered and I had no option, now I have been communicating with the seller and he tells me to open the case now as "Item not as described" so that eBay can proceed better but I know that if I close the case I cannot reopen another one, what do you recommend I do?
PS: I forgot to mention that the package included an ANAM report stating that the laptop was missing from before its process through customs in Mexico and only the objects I already described were included.
