Item not received or refunded
Hi, I ordered an item and they charged me right away, all good, before it was shipped I said I wanted to cancel it
I received the notice that it was on the way. It never arrived and the tracking says it couldn’t be delivered and was returned to the sender
When I check the status of my claim, they ask me to return the item
I sent several messages to the seller with no response, I’ve gone crazy trying to contact EBay
I only get notices telling me to return the item and by when
Since I didn’t return it, because it never arrived, the deadline passed and they closed the case
I’ve wasted hours trying to explain what happened and it’s impossible
There’s no way to contact anyone or get them to deal with my problem
I have all the shipping notices in my possession where it says I didn’t receive anything and that it was returned to the seller
I refuse to lose the money I paid for something that never reached my hands
