Item paid for by me and not sent by the seller, and they are not responding to my messages.
I bought an item won at auction two weeks ago. I made the payment, and since then the seller has not only not shipped the item, but also does not respond to my messages. In addition, said seller, I suppose in order not to be located, has removed from eBay all the listings for the items he had put up for sale on the platform. In short, he has acted like a true scammer. I have already requested Help from eBay to obtain a refund (I have already contacted an eBay agent and was informed that I cannot start the eBay refund request process until March 11, 2025 due to a deadline issue from the date of purchase). I ask the eBay Community for suggestions to locate this individual in case eBay cannot contact him to ask him for the refund once the platform has refunded me, taking into account that, given the amount of the item, it is not worth pursuing legal action (civil or criminal) considering that said seller resides in a country different from mine.
