I've been waiting since December 11 for a figure coming from Japan. The shipment is being sent by FedEx and when I enter the tracking number it says it should have arrived on the 30th, but it says my address is wrong and it hasn't been sent. It has been updated several times since then to delay the date without leaving the warehouse. The last time was on January 2. I asked the seller and it took 2 days to respond, saying that I didn't pay customs, when I haven't received any notification about it, so there is no refund. For the record, the delivery company has my contact phone number and my personal email, through which we already established contact even though it wasn't my intention to confirm the details. In the case of payments, FedEx can let me know through various channels. I don't know what to do, the product wasn't cheap and I haven't had any real news since the 30th. I also want to point out that the seller took 11 days out of the 15 allowed to ship the package and has ratings for fast delivery.

Hello,
What you're describing seems perfectly normal, since if your order has been shipped from Japan it may take a few days to arrive in Spain
We’d like to reassure you, as your purchase is covered by the Customer Guarantee Program in the rare case that you do not receive it within the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details.
We recommend that you check both the estimated delivery date of your order and the tracking number provided by the seller, and remember that you can receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details. Check this link for information on how to open a claim for an item not received.
