Item refunded because the seller sent it after the deadline and the seller insists on delivering it

What I’m telling you sounds surreal and I need help. I bought an item dated 31/03/2023, the seller had a 5-day deadline to send it and he sent it on 12/04/2024; the day before, 11/04/2024, I had already opened a dispute and told the seller that I was requesting a refund because it was already past the deadline. Even so , the seller sent it the next day, and to my surprise, after EBAY had already refunded me and it had traveled halfway across Europe on the return journey, it’s back and set to be delivered to me tomorrow. It seems like harassment on their part. EBAY through PAYPAL has already refunded me and I don’t know what repercussions there could be if they wrongly deliver the package to me, or if by making it clear that I don’t want it or that they deliver it wrongly by leaving it with a neighbor or who knows, it turns out that PAYPAL charges me.

Gracias por tu mensaje. Me alegra saber que ya has recibido un reembolso por este artículo. En cuanto a la insistencia de la entrega del artículo, es posible que el vendedor es incapaz de detener la entrega, ya que algunos transportistas, no permiten detener el proceso y solo si el comprador deniega la entrega, lo regresarán al vendedor por lo que te sugiero que lo rechaces si el transportista insiste en la entrega y regresará al remitente.
