Hi all,
I’m wondering if anyone has been through a similar situation, as I’m a bit lost.
Last July I bought a pre-order item that was due out at the end of November, I paid in full plus shipping costs, and since last November the seller has been delaying the order shipment, until a week ago when the tentative shipping date stopped appearing altogether. When I’ve contacted him, he’s given me the silent treatment.. I can’t officially file a claim with EBay since more than 90 days have passed, does anyone know if there’s any way to make a claim somehow? Thanks very much everyone for the help, best regards
