Item purchased and it arrived at a different address that I never entered.
Good morning, if someone can guide me I would be grateful,
I bought an item, it was supposed to arrive in Spain between December 24 and January 22, looking at the tracking history to my surprise the order arrived in the United States itself at another address completely unknown to me, I placed the order on December 1 and 6 days later it arrived at another address, in the history it says it has already been delivered.
I have sent the seller several messages and he replied only once telling me that I have to place another order, he has not responded to the other messages, I told him to correct his mistake since the address is in Barcelona, it is clearly described on the order sheet. I am worried, I feel like they have robbed me and the amount was not cheap.
Ebay is not responding either, and the numbers I got through the internet do not exist.
Can someone help me.
