Damaged item in transit.
I have received an item (a professional photography tripod) and it arrived with a bent handle. After contacting the seller, they tell me that the handle was fine at the time of shipping. This was sent through eBay's shipping program. I don't know who I should make a claim to, or if there is insurance for this.
