The item was not shipped by the seller and they are not responding to messages
I bought an item at an auction, apparently the final price was not what the seller expected, so he does not send the item and also does not respond to the messages sent to him.

Please note that for users registered on eBay.com like you, we would always recommend using the eBay.com forums from this link and you can receive support through the eBay.com help pages,from where you can request support in Spanish when contacting them.
If the seller you are referring to does not want to send the item you purchased, they will have to cancel the order and issue a refund. If they do not do so, the eBay Customer Guarantee, will cover you if you do not receive the order by the estimated delivery date.
We would recommend that you review both the estimated delivery date of your order, and that you review this link with information so you can open a claim for an item not received.
You will be able to do so once the estimated delivery date has passed, and if the seller does not reply to you or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so we can try to find a solution for you.

Thanks for your help, just wanted to tell you that the auction ended on June 15 and payment was made that same day. After two days I wrote to the seller and the next day he replied saying he would ship the item the following day, which did not happen. Three days later I wrote to the seller again and since then he has not responded again, even though I wrote to him repeatedly without receiving any kind of reply. Apparently the final offer was not what he expected, because when I searched for the same product I found that he is offering it for sale with another user he has on ebay.
My question is how much longer should I wait before opening a claim.
