Item held in country of origin.
I need to know what to do since, in tracking the item I bought, it first says sent to you and then held in country of origin, it will not be shipped and tells me to contact eBay, which is impossible for me so far. If the item is not shipped, I want a refund of my money and eBay tells me I have to wait practically 2 months to file a claim, I feel absolutely scammed.
