I don't receive the item and I can't request a refund
eBay won't let me log in. I opened a dispute in PayPal and closed it by mistake, now neither of them will help me, I can't claim the money

Hello @martapicar,
Thanks for your message. The reason you can’t open a claim with eBay is because you opened the dispute with PayPal. You can only open one dispute per item/transaction, and by opening one with PayPal, you’ve automatically blocked the option to open a dispute with eBay.
