If you cancel an order and issue a refund, you may be eligible for a refund of fees or charges if you meet the requirements of our fee and charge refund policy. At this link you can see everything you need to know about it.
If a buyer opens a claim and you issue a refund before either party asks eBay for help, the fees will be refunded automatically. Be sure to review this guide for useful information on the matter.
