Help with refund

I need to make a refund.

The buyer's payment is on hold, and when I try to issue the refund, the system tells me I don't have funds and that I can't give them their money back... Isn't that a bit absurd? The money is on hold, but I have to return it to the buyer... how do I unlock this money?

What is the procedure? Do I have to pay for the refund with my card, and then the held money will be added to my account?

Gracias por tu mensaje. Efectivamente, para poder hacer un reembolso a tu comprador, deberás de pagar con tus fondos el reembolso y en un máximo de 24 horas, los fondos de la transacción se liberaran.
