Help with a return
The seller has accepted the return and given me an address. eBay has told me that I have to send it before the 8th and that the seller is covering the shipping costs, but I'm really lost. It says I have to put a label on the package. What label? I look on eBay and I don't have a label, only an address the seller gave me. I don't know which courier to use to send it, I'm really lost. Shouldn't my seller pay and have the courier come to my house to pick up the package to return it?
Thanks in advance, best regards

Hello @lorcom_32,
Thanks for your message. At eBay, we have protection to cover your purchase in situations like these. If the item you received does not match the description in the original listing or if it arrived damaged or defective, you’re covered by the eBay Customer Guarantee. You can return it even if the seller’s returns policy says they don’t accept returns.
It is the seller’s responsibility to send you a prepaid label, and if they haven’t provided one, you should contact us to ask them to send it to you. You can request eBay’s help by going into the case from your account and clicking the "Ask eBay for Help" option. You must ask us for help before 30 days have passed since the case was opened, or we won’t be able to help you after that time, so it’s important to keep an eye on the dates.
I trust this information is helpful.
Best regards
Cinthia
