Help, stolen account
Hi, my mother's eBay account has been hijacked, and they have changed the email address associated with it. The problem is that eBay asks you to sign in in order to file a claim, but that isn't possible in this case because she can't authenticate if she doesn't have access to her account. Any way to resolve this? Thanks in advance.
