Help! eBay-PayPal!
Good evening to the whole community! I feel very happy to share with you all and also happy to know that I can ask anything and you can guide me!
In this case, I find myself forced to come here to the community to ask a few questions since I don't know what to do!
I'll explain quickly
I bought some Airpod Max for $261 and when I received them, it turned out they were nothing like what I ordered, not even the headphones.
I quickly went to eBay and filed my claim to make a return or get a refund
but when I saw that it was taking a while, I also filed the claim through PayPal!
which led eBay to close the case!
So the detail is that the seller contacted me and said he doesn't care about the item, that he is going to return the money
so now I don't know what to do since a case was opened with PayPal and it was escalated and at this point PayPal is asking me to send a photo of the shipping invoice for the product so they can evaluate it and then give me a refund!
but now that I contacted the seller again, he is not interested in giving me any address to send the item back to and he again emphasized that he wants to issue a refund
what should I do now?
since I can't get the receipt because the seller doesn't want to send the return address
the seller says he is willing to give a refund through eBay but now it won't let him because the case was closed and can't be reopened
I want to know if there is any way that he or eBay can contact the seller so they can confirm the validity of the fact that the seller wants to refund the money
and then I still don't know what to do on PayPal since the seller doesn't send the return address, so how am I going to send a photo of the label?
