Blocking Ebay functions
A few weeks ago I received notifications of access attempts to my Ebay account that I did not make. So I changed the password and removed the payment methods to avoid fraud. After these changes, Ebay prevents me from contacting any seller or making an offer. It tells me to go to the support page, but I can't get those functions unlocked.

We’re sorry to read what you’re saying. For security reasons, an account may be temporarily restricted if unauthorized use has been verified.
To regain access to it, you would need to contact the security team directly so they can verify that they are speaking with the account holder, and in that way give you access again. To do this, you’ll need to contact them through this page, and when it asks you to log in, select 'I’m new to eBay or need help logging in,' and that way you’ll be able to communicate with the Security team. Before doing so, make sure to change the password for your email address.
