Blocked from making purchases because I've been marked as having an unpaid balance
Hi
During the last month I had two transactions where I commented that I could pay on the 20th.
One 5 days later and the other on the 19th they cancelled the item I had won and I have been sanctioned.
Do you know how much the sanction is? How can I appeal it? I have more than 800 positive ratings and I think it’s not fair because I always stated my intention to pay.
