Bought an item and found the same item selled by other users
I bought one quite expensive Lego set (400 euros) about three days ago by a seller from Japan with multiple positive reviews. The seller is been polite and sent the item on Monday, providing tracking, although it hasn’t moved from the starting point yet. This morning Ebay sent me an email offering the very same article (same pictures) from a different seller from Japan. The seller told me that other sellers are using his pictures without permission and that the package will arrive. What should I do?

What you’re saying seems perfectly normal, since if your order has been shipped from Japan it can take a few days to arrive in Spain

We recommend that you review both the estimated delivery date of your order and the tracking number provided by the seller, and remember that you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details.
