Shipping code
Hello, I’ve had a problem with a purchase I made because Customs in Spain has it on hold. They’re asking me for the shipping code so they can speed up the delivery process, which is why it’s paused, because no shipping code appears for me in the app

I understand you’re referring to the IOSS code? If so, the seller should have added it to the shipment. If they didn’t, you’ll need to contact the seller. If you’re referring to another code, please let us know which one, as I can’t think of what other code it could be asking you for.
