How do I update my eBay so it accepts videos of my items
Good morning. I would like to know how I can add videos to my articles, but it won’t let me. I’ve been told it’s because I have a basic version and I’d like to upgrade it so that it accepts videos. How can I do that? Thanks

Thank you for your message. The feature to add videos to item listings on eBay is not available for accounts with a basic subscription. To be able to include videos in your listings, you need to have a higher-level subscription, for example the Advanced or Premium Store. If you want to have this option, you need to upgrade your store subscription.
