How can I change my current account while the payment is on hold until October 1 so I can collect that withheld money from a sale? Thanks

I sold an item on September 16, 2026,
As shown on the eBay.es page itself ..."payments will generally be held for up to 14 days"...
..."The funds will be available on 1/10/2026 8:08:19".
The account linked to eBay.es where the payments are received is the one ending in ........2562. That account was closed just a few weeks ago at the bank. Unfortunately, the new account where the proceeds from eBay.es sales are meant to be received was not updated, and that payment held until October 1 is associated with that bank account ending in “2562”.
I’m not sure whether I should remove the old account since the payment was made to that account and add the new one. That’s why I’m trying to contact you in time before October 1.
The explanation on the page shows how to delete and update the new one. Before doing that, I wanted to get in touch with customer service. Talking with the Chat about this issue has been impossible for me, since it seems not to recognize what I’m explaining here.
