How should I proceed with a seller who doesn't respond to messages so I can complete a purchase?
Good afternoon. More than a week ago a buyer accepted my offer for an item and I messaged them to ask if I could delay the payment because I wanted to bid on another of their items and combine shipping if I won. They replied quickly that it was no problem.
Later I won the bid for the other item and, when I requested the total shipping cost, I saw that they still hadn’t activated the combined shipping option. I’ve been sending them messages for two days asking for the combined invoice or to ask if there’s any issue, but I haven’t gotten a response.
Ebay keeps reminding me that I have to pay for the items, but until I hear from the seller I can’t do it. How should I proceed? This is a user with zero feedback and I’m starting to worry and suspect that if I pay, they may not only not refund me the shipping costs, but I might not even receive the items.
Thank you very much.

Hello @jordielfo,
Thanks for your message. I'm sorry you weren't able to pay for your listings. Normally, you will receive a response from sellers within 3 business days.
Were you able to pay for the items? If not, I suggest that you contact the seller so they can arrange payment for the items if they are still available for sale.
I hope this information is helpful.
Best regards
Cinthia
